By accessing or using the GAME API ("API"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the API. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the API after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

1. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the GAME API in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may:

• Use the API to build, operate, and scale applications, agents, or bots.
• Integrate the API into internal or external services, subject to rate limits and fair use.

You may not:

• Use the API for illegal, abusive, or harassing behavior.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the API without prior written consent.

2. Rate Limits and Access Tiers

The GAME API provides two tiers of access:

• Tier 1: Default tier with rate limits enforced.
• Tier 2: Higher access limits. Requestable via our Discord.

We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or revoke access to the API at our sole discretion to maintain service integrity and compliance.
